Kyoto Pref. has held governor’s commendation for persons of inventive merits every year since 1957 to appeal importance of invention and ingenuity and to motivate inventors to develop scientific technology. The commendation was given to the inventors designing excellent ideas (patent granted), which had sales result and etc.
