Announcing the winners of the 2021 NOSTER & Science Microbiome Prize

The winners of the 2021 NOSTER & Science Microbiome Prize have been announced. The 2021 Grand Prize Winner is Eran Blacher of Stanford University, and the finalists are Maria Zimmermann-Kogadeeva, European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Germany, and Erez Baruch, University of Texas, Houston, USA.

The NOSTER Science Microbiome Prize was established in 2020 by Noster Inc and AAAS Science Magazine “to reward innovative research by young investigators working on the functional attributes of the microbiota of any organism that has potential to contribute to our understanding of human or veterinary health and disease or to guide therapeutic interventions.”
